At Melz Potionz & Lotionz, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. We take pride in preparing your order with attention to quality and freshness.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days within the United States.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Melz Potionz & Lotionz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
