Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

Refunds

You received the wrong item

Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
